"Overall, chain hotel taken over by a new owner. Minimal maintenance,"

"In an area just outside of town and off the main highway so it was quiet. Minimal breakfast options but there are good restaurants nearby in Watkins Glen. We would stay here again for sure!"

"Liked the location of the property - close to Horseheads restaurants, etc.. Like others have posted, it can be a little difficult to locate in the dark, but once you've figured that out it's fine. Staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help out. The room was clean and everything functioned well. The fitness center isn't an actual fitness center, but if you need that you can make the short trek to Horseheads Planet Fitness. About a 20–25-minute trip to wineries at the south end...

"The room has bad smell."

"Stayed in a large suite and it was great. Lots of room for our family of 7. Pool and hot tub were clean and fun. Breakfast was so satisfying. Will be back when in the area."

"The young man who checked us in was vety friendly and nice. My room had mold around the ceiling. Didn't notice it, just thought it was dust, until I was sick for 2 days and then thought to look closer. Other than that, the room and hotel was clean and nice. My friend had room right next to mine and hers did not have mold."

"Rooms are clean and staff was nice. They charge parking fee which wasn't expected."

"Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the fire pit outside and the fireplace inside."

"people were extremely nice but room was very poor condition. bathroom very poor condition. nice staff just not a place i would stay again. the location is good, rooms need total renovation."

"Needs updating"

"3 issues: Very early AM hotel wide fire alarm caused by oil sprayed on a waffle iron. Sink in our room drained very slowly. Overheated ballast in non-functioning fluorescent fixture that was very hot. Fire risk???"

"Great pool/spa, close to many food areas which are a few minutes drive away. Definitely do need a car to get around to other places"

"Great place to stay."

"The people who work here are great and I have nothing but great things to say about them. Very helpful and kind. The room was a nightmare. The floors were disgusting, couch was disgusting, curtains were heavily stained and couldn’t even cover the full width of the window. Like the room was awful. Don’t stay here unless you plan on literally JUST sleeping in a bed and leaving immediately. Which is exactly what we did because it was also not refundable lol"
