"AC was not working in the room, so they brought us a portable AC in middle of night that also stopped working as well. We told the desk we were sweating and were hot all night and had no AC and they only would give us about $5 credit in rewards points was the best they said they could do! Paid extra for this room for balloon fiesta and was miserable with no resolution from staff on the issue."

"Room was clean but sheets and towels were terrible quality. Cheap polyester bedding and towels were so bad, they should have become rags some time ago. Property very run down. Definitely would not stay again. Expedia rating is not accurate. I have noticed this occurring more often lately. I will be contacting Expedia regarding this concern."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the extra touches provided, such as the homemade pastries for breakfast. Great Route 66 motel to stay at."

"Our room was clean, except for a couple of towels that were still wet and dirty. The staff at the desk was informative. Parking was plentiful. However, the shower was cold, no breakfast, and worst, no coffee."

"Todo muy bien , muy limpio y la atención muy buena con traductor"

"Upon registering the lady was very nice and welcoming. The room was very clean and well maintained. I did have some A/C issues it would not stay on but the weather was exceptional during my stay. So I didn’t have it on consistently. Older establishment but very well kept."
