"We had the worst time here!!! First things first, the hotel was located in an isolated location. We reached the hotel around 3pm. When we arrived, we were brought to our room and we were absolutely horrified by the state of the room. The towels were stained, there were insects on the bed, flies and mosquitoes everywhere! We couldn’t even lock and unlock our room door! We requested for a change of room given the terrible conditions, however the receptionist said that they can only get back to us...

"The property didn't accept the booking from Expedia. I booked through Expedia only after enquiring that whether it was ok for them to checking early. But, they didn't accept the online booking and we dad to rebook again in the property and because of this we couldn't able to checking a bit early and had to wait 6 hours to checkin the room. They should remove the listing if they are not accepting the bookings from this site. "
