"When I stay in Tecate this is my first choice. Was happy to find it on Expedia for reservation purposes. When you get there they understand English if you don’t speak Spanish."

"I was left stranded without a room. There was no answer no way to check in. I’m not sure where the break down is with Expedia or the property. I got charged for the room I arrived there was nobody on site no answer at the phone number provided. There was no way to check in. There were no other hotels available in the area. I had to drive another hour to San Diego."
