"The outside pool area around the hotel was great. The room was small and had concrete floor. Was nicely decorated but not much more then basic hotel room and was small. The 281 a night seemed high for what they gave you for a room. Service was good "

"Hard to get hold of any staff after 5pm. No one answers the phone, security gate iis up after 5p which allows anyone access to the property. "

"Our room was great . The mattress could stand to be changed out kinda was worn out, and ac made noise. But we love always staying here when we make a trip to Branson. "

"The bed was very comfortable !! Loved how the room has a range top and refrigerator and has everything you need to cook and serve the meal My only complaint is the room to room noise. We could hear so much noise from the room next to us, slamming doors stomping on the floor screams all through the night, I assume it was kids in the room and the parents were in an adjoining room or not even there Customer Service is amazing. I forgot my purse in the room didn’t even notice till we were back...

"Beds/rooms were clean. The microwave/fridge/coffee maker were all nice amenities. As was an iron, and hair blow dryer in the room. I only gave it 4 stars because 2 times when we were away from our room, we came back to find the door not latched/locked. Nothing was taken, but of course it was unnerving. "

"We felt it was spacious and well equipped with necessary kitchen equipment. Liked having washer and dryer in unit. Could have been cleaner. The handrails on the stairway inside was filthy, caked on dirt that had not been cleaned ever? The back porch area was dirty. Needed sweeping and was filled with spider webs. We reported 3 times that there were critters in attic (raccoons) and no follow up with us was ever provided. A maintenance person told us he would report it but we had already...
