"The room smelled like mildew and mosquitoes were in the room and bathroom. The lights were very dark so you couldn’t see what was causing the smell. The commode in the bathroom would not stop running. There was a pool near the room but was locked up with no sign saying why. The property did have a marina that was nice. There was no water fountains anywhere on the property."

"The stoll was very short like RV short and I'm 5" and it was too short for me let alone my elder in-laws that 1 walks with a walker/wheelchair and had to use my husband and father in-law to help her get up. The other who doesn't walk well used a walker to lift himself up. The refrigerator had mold in it and then we had 8 stairs to get 2 elders up and down neither walk well or walk without assistance so between the stool and the stairs we were more exhausted than had any fun. "My wife loves water views...I chose the Villa with a lake view. The unit was modern and fulfilled our needs. We were close to Branson (15 minutes) so it was convenient to get anywhere. It would be easy to rate it 5 stars, but I deducted a star because they use the cheapest tissue products available. You will probably want to bring your own. Other than that, you'll really enjoy it."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Savannah House. The staff was friendly and the views were great. It was relaxing sitting outside watching the waterfall and drinking coffee. The complimentary cobbler and ice cream every night was a nice touch. The only thing that could make the stay better is if they would provide body wash. They have shampoo and conditioner and a tiny bar of soap for your hands but no body wash. But if do, it was great"
