"We had an incredible stay. The hotel is staffed with wonderful people. Learn to say hello and thank you in Swahili, you will get beautiful smiles in exchange. Our room attendant kept our 2 rooms very clean. We saw a lot of elephants at the waterhole. We also saw giraffes one day and Hendry the hippo was there often too. The monkeys are adorable and the staff does a good job at keeping them far enough so they don’t steal food or come in the rooms. The food was good and the swimming was nice...

"Manyatta Camp is a unique experience to be as close to the animals and still feel safe. The staff here are wonderful, professional, caring, and very helpful. I stayed in a luxurious tent #5 and saw hundreds of buffalo pass by behind my tents. I witnessed elephants, giraffe, and zebras right walking to the "water hole". "Horrible in every way. Prepaid for two rooms 5 months in advance only for staff to say they “aren’t on expedia” and demand a second payment even after being shown confirmations and receipt. Rooms were crazily old and yucky; bathroom out of a horror movie. Had we any other options after a long safari day, we would have RUN fast and far."

"There was nothing unique about the hotel/resort. In fact it is one of the worst hotel i have ever stayed it. The photos on expedia are out dated and miss leading.
