The Wifi was not up to what we have experienced before. We've never had to download an app to get wifi and our amazon stick with all out programs always worked, but it didn't here. When technology improving everyday, even airplanes are sometimes asking us to bring out own tablet to watch tv. On the other hand, the staff did come up to help me...
