"We chose this hotel as it was within walking distance of strawberry arena for my Hyrox race.The room was very basic but adequate and clean. The only gripe is there is no sofa just one comfy chair! Fortunately the weather was fab so we made use of the roof top terrace. The staff were brilliant, spoke good English and they were very helpful, telling us where to catch buses etc. When I explained that we would be checking out at 4 am they gave me some take away boxes to fill up at the buffet...

"Great hotel with excellent staff and service. One thing to note is that parking is managed separately and is not controlled by the hotel. If you’re traveling with a vehicle, be sure to pay for parking, as enforcement is strict and you will likely receive a ticket if you don’t."

"I am extremely disappointed with the way we were treated during our stay. The manager Rachel was extremely rude and disrespectful. When we checked in on Sunday, we were not informed that breakfast ended at 9:30am . This information was critical and should have been clearly communicated at check-in. The hotel claims there are signs explaining the breakfast hours. As guests, we should not be expected to search the entire property for contradictory information. When we arrived at 10:00 a.m. on...

"Staff is excellent. Concierge Madgy was amazing welcoming us and helping us with excellent recommendations for dinner. Front desk Yakki and Michael were also extraordinary. The hotel is great. Nice, clean and new. The area is debatable as the hotel is surrounded by office buildings so no night life or dinner options, but part fro mother, everything was excellent!"

"Kamers waren goed schoon. Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Vooral het personeel bij het ontbijt was heel vriendelijk en vrolijk! Ontbijt met ruime keus en erg goed. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding uitstekend! Ligt op een paar minuten lopen van de metro en daarmee in 15 tot 20 minuten in centrum van Stockholm."

"Ok boende till bra pris. Lök i skåpen och ägg i kylen och en skarp röklukt gjorde att man bodde i någons hem, vilket drog ner betyget. Smutsigt duschdraperi i duschen gjorde inte det bättre. Lgh som tillhörde ett bostadshus som var ganska lyhört, vilket störde nattsömnen lite. Stort plus för gratis parkering, då det annars kan göra en utfattig i Stockholm. Med facit i hand hade jag nog ändå hellre lagt till lite pengar för ett riktigt hotellrum "

"I originally booked a room in Kista but was "upgraded" to a room in Sollentuna. Unfortunately, the upgrade felt more like a downgrade. The room was poorly maintained. Drinking glasses had not been properly cleaned, there were insects and dead spiders in multiple areas, and there was an old blood stain on the bedsheets. Overall, the level of cleanliness was well below what I would expect from a hotel. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend staying here."
