"Brilliant location. The Deputy Manager was very helpful and efficient. Breakfast was self serve and was delicious and plentiful. Parking outside the hotel is avaliable for 4 hours max during certain times (pay at meter), however you can purchase a 24 hour permit from Reception for £6. We'd definitely stay again. "First time we stayed at double tree Stayed as a family two adult and two children Nice atmosphere Nice lobby and common areas Rooms are to a good standard Staff are lovely During our dinner the dinner party sitting next to us the child had an asthma attack in the restaurant, it was a pleasure to see all the staff provide immediate assistant to the table, bringing water, some ice cream for the young child after he calmed down, the restaurant team also alerted reception who also checked on...
