When the front desk staff were met with our concerns they did not offer another room or other accommodations, the restaurant staff were superb and made my stay bareable"

Rishana from the front desk was amazing from start to finish..You have plenty options 2 pools 2 restaurants, gym and lets not forget the snack machine that comes in handy late in the night.Everyone made the stay feel welcoming. "An absolutely incredible experience; start to finish! Pre-departure, the hotel staff ensure smooth airport transfers as well as a full menu of daily activities to consider. Upon arrival and throughout our stay, Mandarin's hotel staff exceeded our expectations. There is plenty to do on the premises and the food was excellent. The surrounding restaurants are also terrific and everything is a short drive from the hotel. Highly recommended. "

"No breakfast was provided nor was there any food available on property! I paid for a ocean view got a garden view looking at construction. The balcony door wasn’t closing, bugs were in our ears all night and being bitten. The Ac was not working, the water wasn’t working,, when we got it working the water was freezing, the lights were not working Overall experience was terrible. Plus having a 3month old & 5 year old in these conditions is not ideal!"

"Had an amazing time at Stonetrail. Easy drive to get to and find. Staff were super helpful and accommodating. I booked the superior villa and you’re able to see a beach view from the patio.
