"I appreciate the Myah Hotel for its amenities, comfortable rooms, good food, friendly staff, and an experienced masseuse. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk manager during my second visit was disappointing. Due to an emergency, I was unable to arrive for my reservation the previous night. I explained the circumstances and asked whether I could still receive the breakfast I had already paid for and continue with my scheduled massage. The manager responded in a manner I found rude...

"An absolutely incredible experience; start to finish! Pre-departure, the hotel staff ensure smooth airport transfers as well as a full menu of daily activities to consider. Upon arrival and throughout our stay, Mandarin's hotel staff exceeded our expectations. There is plenty to do on the premises and the food was excellent. The surrounding restaurants are also terrific and everything is a short drive from the hotel. Highly recommended. "

"A great hotel, with lots to do within walking distance! The staff were amazing and made it feel like home. Special shout out to Krystal, the front desk manager, Brittany and Roselyn, the restaurant manager. The restaurant was really nice, omelette is a must as well as the slushies. The room was cleaned daily by Annette and her team and it smelled amazing. I will definitely be back. Stayed in the deluxe ocean view room and had Bequia to look at with my morning coffee!"

"I expected more during my stay, they’re no microwave in the rooms. The room service was excellent. The tea and coffee station was very poor. The coffee area needs to upgrade Thwre needs to be a complimentary package, like shampoo , conditioner, hand soap Bath soap here at the Cobblestone hotel. The Air conditioning was excellent. But otherwise I enjoy my stay here and will come again."

"No breakfast was provided nor was there any food available on property! I paid for a ocean view got a garden view looking at construction. The balcony door wasn’t closing, bugs were in our ears all night and being bitten. The Ac was not working, the water wasn’t working,, when we got it working the water was freezing, the lights were not working Overall experience was terrible. Plus having a 3month old & 5 year old in these conditions is not ideal!"
