"A great central hotel in Madrid in the best location you can find with a really good price for the room for where it is. We really enjoyed our stay here. The room had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean and comfy. Staff were lovely and attentive when we needed them. Would highly recommended to stay here"

"We received a warm and helpful welcome at the reception desk. We were early, so they took our bags and gave us advice on what to do while we awaited check-in. The concierge helped us get tickets to a musical concert. Our room was very comfortable and tidy. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona and the free breakfast helped us get fueled up for walking. "

"Other than smaller than expected, our Triple 2 room was nicely updated. Liked the sturdy balcony window that open/shut easily, as the street was full of lively pedestrians 24/7 (happy we brought ear plugs). Nice bathroom fixtures and shower had good water pressure. Breakfast buffet had good selections. 3 decent size elevators. Helpful staff. "
