Amazing experience! The staff were very helpful and accommodated our late check in. The staff at the cafe attached to the hotel were very kind as well! The room was very clean, had all amenities you’d ever need, and was at a great location.

Hotel Puerta de Nerja was perfect for our stay! Ideally located, beautifully maintained, and very well managed. The room was spacious and comfortable, with an amazing bathroom and an excellent bed. Despite the local festival taking place during our visit, outside noise was barely noticeable at night, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. The only minor downside was that our room was on the first floor, right next to reception and the lift, so we could occasionally hear noise from other guests coming and going. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

This was definitely my favorite hotel in Nerja! The room was very spacious and included a kitchen and the cutest little private patio, which made the stay feel even more special. Everything was beautiful, comfortable, and very well thought out. I absolutely loved my stay and would definitely come back. I would recommend this place 100/100 to anyone visiting Nerja! From the moment we arrived, the girl at the front desk gave us such a warm welcome and made us feel right at home. That personal touch made our stay even more memorable.

It was an exceptionally comfortable stay at a very clean and modern hotel. The rooftop area was wonderful, and the hotel featured stylish touches throughout—such as the hotel logo printed on the bedding. The staff were also very kind, and I would certainly stay here again if I have the chance to visit Nerja.

The location was amazing, a short walk to many restaurants and bars. Room was so so clean, bathroom immaculate, towels soft and the sheets and bed were so good you didn’t want to get out of it !!! The staff were so pleasant, friendly and helpful. I would recommend a stay here it was fab.
