"Staff was friendly respectful."

"The entire property was poorly kept, old and outdated. I was NOT expecting a motel. The night manager was professional and helpful. There were guests who were loud, arguing, and yelling until about 3:30AM. I complained multiple times to the night manager, as did other guests. She finally had to call the police. Although this particular situation was out of her control, and the night manager did her best to resolve it, it had a significant negative impact on my stay at the motel."

"I do have a dog but the room had a terrible dog smell when I walked in. I did go to the office and asked for a spray. She was very nice but could only find a very small amount in a spray bottle. She did not offer to change my room. I really think the floor in my room was absolutely disgusting. It made my white socks actually dirty to walk on it. The also wouldn’t allow me to eat breakfast because I wasn’t allowed to bring my dog in, but I also wasn’t to leave the dog unattended in my room....

"Terrible customer service. I tired to book through their website, and kept receiving an error message. Every attempt to call went unanswered. I finally went on Expedia and was able to book a room that way. When I called the hotel directly to confirm less than 10 minutes after booking through Expedia, everything went south. It took about five attempts for someone at the hotel to finally answer. After I confirmed the reservation I had booked through Expedia I asked if it was possible for me to...

"The hotel could use a major renovation. It has no working vending machines."

"We were traveling across a few states to see family. Traffic and weather were tough so we had to stop for the night on Saturday. The woman working reception was very respectful and accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. However the young gentleman we dealt with Sunday morning was snarky and sarcastic in his demeanor and responses. Caught me off guard. Not excepted or appreciated."

"I stopped for the night on a road trip. I was checked in quickly & the room was sparkling clean. I was bringing the contents of a relative's refrigerator, so I was thrilled to see the larger, apartment-size fridge, not a mini fridge. Everything in the room was very dated, but I didn't care. The mini fridge & microwave worked, and the bed was super comfortable! The staff was just one woman who may have been the owner. She was super nice & helpful."

"This "hotel" is not appropriate for people. Roaches inside the fridge and microwave, clogged bathroom sink, and the smell is terrible. "Manager" changed us 3 times, all the same filth."

"Reception was not staffed, building is in disrepair, airconditioning did not work. Room smelled of insect repellant and outside smelled of natural gas. Much trash in parking lot and on walkways. I wondered about bedbugs BUT bed linens seemed clean."
