"Room was great, clean and comfortable.
Bar staff unfortunately didn't seem to know what they were doing and we were overcharged but staff on front desk were very helpful
Breakfast was good for most of our party but not much for a dairy intolerance.
Games room was a pound for each game.
Great and convenient that it is right next to The Wookey caves."

"The staff were friendly, fun and efficient. A disabled parking space was close by for my husband and the ground floor bedroom exceptionally well accommodated and comfortable along with a wet room!
The bar was fun, friendly and busy with excellent menu, great service and atmosphere.
A local group of friends informally got together with instruments and voices. Much enjoyed.
Highly recommended"

"Beautiful riverside room with a large balcony on the Somerset Levels - Peaceful and quiet, we loved watching the moorhen family on the river and the kingfishers racing up and down. The breakfast offers were excellent and very well presented.."

"The room was very tidy, and the facilities where all there. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The services just over the car park was all you needed, while ther we had a full english breakfast to start the day. And finally the wifi was fine.

"Lovely hotel and very friendly staff. We arrived during another heatwave of 35 degrees, there was a little fan in the room which didn’t do much unfortunately! Could do with bigger fans (or air con) but not specifically the hotels fault due to unusual weather."
