"My Sonesta Maho vacation was amazing! From the check-in to the actual 6 night stay to the check-out, no issues or complaints. Our room was cleaned daily, the food was good, the gym was sufficient for my use and I had a great time using the pool daily. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely revisit this resort. "

"The ladies at the activity desk and the staff at the restaurant are very friendly and helpful. The property is showing signs of aging, and needs some maintenance and repairs. Our specific unit needs some upgrades and replacements (mattress, chairs, faucets, etc...). The lighthouse as a whole is great, as there is a more private gym and pool facility. The property itself is in a great location, being away from the hustle of everything. Getting through traffic to get there sucks, but it's nice and...

"Beautiful property and excellent location. Room recently renovated was very nicely appointed, though it always had a peculiar smell that many people have complained about. Apparently their water supply to the rooms has too much sulfur is my understanding. Staff, from top-down, need to have some serious insightful discussions as to how to treat guests. From check-in to check-out they act as though they didn’t want to be bothered. Had planned to stay onsite as much as possible using the restaurant...

"Très bien placé roche de l’aéroport Si vous êtes côtés piscine le vent est continuel, côté place c’est l’idéal Le personnel est très accueillant et bienveillant Beaucoup de Guest réservent les parasols le matin très tôt ! C’est une forme irrespectueuse en vers les autres chacun arrive au moment qu’il veut et se place aux places libres. Ces personnes là souvent les plus âgées , placés leurs serviettes très tôt et ne reviennent que l’Après-midi, il faut mettre de l’ordre à cette agissement...

"A little older property but very clean, conveniently located on a beach, next to strip of restaurants, bars, supermarket. Nice kitchenette with full-size fridge. Pool area very small but beach is very nice. "

"Stay away, the room had a moldy smell I was sick for the first 3 day of my stay ( difficulty breathing)until they brought a fan to assist with the odors. The furnitures were very old and funky. Beautiful view from the balcony. Lay out decent but the place need a complete rehab."

"Our stay at the Princess Resort was a lovely, quiet and relaxing experience. The views from our balcony were amazing and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There are several wonderful restaurants within a 5 min drive. The roads in are very steep and bumpy with a lot of traffic, but that is true for the whole island. We loved our stay and would definitely stay there again."

"Everyone was nice. Loved our stay. The oceanview 2 bedroom 2 bath accommodation we had for a family of 4 was great. The ocean view in the living room and the balcony were really beautiful. Although weather was windy and the beach water is a bit cold when you first go in, the water is so calm and clear, no waves as they are coves. The pool is heated. Excellent place to stay near the airport. It has a lot of restaurants around but we had breakfasts in the Cabana Bar and Grill twice. "

"We chose this place to experience Maho Beach. Best experience ever. The people were wonderful snd the views and pool were great. Everything you need is close by. Note: you don't need a car but okay if you get one."

"The hotel is just built, excellent design, fully equipped, great ocean view, shops are 12 minutes drive. Note that the hotel is located on top of the mountain and the access is very steep road about 1 mile, also the offered concierge service is not satisfactory."
