"Firstly we landed early. I tried to get an early check in and there was impossible. The room was indeed ready but still they made us wait until 4pm on the dot. When we finally got to our room there was no cold water. My boyfriend actually burned his hand with the boiling hot shower water. The front desk only suggestion was to give a refund (where else were we going to find a place to stay at with such short notice ) or change our room to the other building with no balcony or ocean view like I...

"Some of the staff were nice others were rude dismissive and didn’t seem like they had any time for questions. Breakfast buffet was OK. I definitely wouldn’t pay for the all-inclusive here. Rooms are extremely out of date, came with family and we wanted to stream on the TV from our phone. Only one room has a smart TV, which is odd because I would assume every room has the same type of TV. "Have been going to the Flamingo before it was purchased by Hilton. Hilton did a nice job on the rebuild after hurricane Irma. Room was clean except floor always had sand on it. Staff did bare minimum on checkin, checkout. They did not share much information unless asked. On check out they stated we had an outstanding charge from the restaurant. It took some doing but they found the mistake and removed the charge. We never ate there. Was there for 13 days and they serviced the room twice. All...

"Overall the staff was excellent. Winston was very helpful in getting my room changed out. Only thing I would like to see area rugs for when the floor is cold. Maybe update the bedding and curtains. But Overall I would stay again."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The beach is accessible and clean and nice. Not much to do in the actual hotel but the location is great to get to everything. The one younger woman that works the front desk isn’t so pleasant and you almost feel like you’re a bother to her. But the older woman and young man are pleasant and helpful. I would recommend it for a stay if you’re an independent traveller and not looking for much amenities in a hotel."

"My stay at Mary's Boon was ok. I do not like dogs and so the presence of the dogs was not pleasant for me. The resort itself is nice but I did not like the access road to it. The staff was generally pleasant and helpful. They arranged a taxi pick-up to take me to the airport upon request. The place is just a few steps away from the beach and just a few minutes from the airport. You can literally watch and hear the planes take off. My room which was downstairs was comfortable but sandy....

"This was my second visit to the island and this resort was gorgeous. Being right on the beach changes the entire experience. Everything you need is basically walkable"

"Our host Nicky was an amazing help. She made my stay feel nothing but amazing, from communicating, to any help needed and made my stay feel like I’m at home. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you want to be away from where mostly everyone stays when they travel to St. Maarten. Besides that the view was amazing, the complimentary snacks and beautiful touches in the unit. I will definitely return here again when I come back to St Maarten"
