"The hotel was super clean and the grounds were beautiful… very well taken care of. Housekeeping only comes once during your stay (on Mondays) While we would have preferred daily the hotel is more than happy to provide you with anything that you need in the meantime. We had a minor issue with a bad sewage smell, that was in the hallway outside our room. The umbrellas and chairs on the beach got taken pretty early but I liked that the hotel had a sand/beach area where you wouldn’t be bothered by vendors. "

Loved the price that made the trip so affordable. renting a car was super easy and island has a main road that was easy to drive all around. "The property was beautiful and location was fantastic. The views are just incredible especially from the oceans buildings. The room accomodations at the Oceans bldg were recently renovated and look great!! have to commend management/ ownership for this. We opted for the all- inclusive package. The food menu for dinner at pureocean restaurant needs to be better. Breakfast options were great. Surfside restaurant was a better option for dinner. Although majority of the staff were very friendly...

"This was a last minute booking due to a flight cancelation. It was beautiful and we wished we could have stayed here longer. It was clean and well maintained. Security was there all the time. The pool was nice. The full kitchen would have been nice, had we spent more time there. It was on a party street, so we could hear music late in to the night."
