"The property was exactly what the pictures showed. The view was ok was able to see the pool and the ocean from the room. Over all I would recommend. Please look into cleaning prices prior to arrival they charge you as soon as you arrive depending on your room and the room damage fees as well. "

"There was confusion the first 5 days of my two week stay with getting our room cleaned. They kept saying at the desk it was booked privately and didn’t clean our room. Finally Kimara at the Front Desk actually took the time to resolve the issue. The unit we were placed in used to be occupied by a long term tenant so they didn’t have it updated on the system. After that smooth sailing. Some rude tenants that live there like to think they own specific chairs by the pool. Have rebooked for...

"The staff was wonderful at this resort. Extremely friendly and approachable. Our room, while clean, wasn’t fully cleaned every day, and some items weren’t refreshed (coffee, etc…). But overall, a wonderful resort with great food options. "

"It was a quick book and check in was smoothly. The gave me fresh towels and wash rags everyday. Cleanliness of the room was 3/10 the sheets had stains on them also the curtains. The fridge was making animal like noises every 15mins. It was just a room for sleeping I couldn’t really get comfortable. The location is AMAZING!!! It’s right next to everything I walked to most of my reservations."

"We have had another wonderful stay at Princess Heights Luxury Hotel. We were there for 12 days and we love the location. We had the ocean view to wake up to every morning which was amazing and lovely to sit on the patio to wake up slowly. Very quiet location, attentive staff, good restaurants within driving distance. Dawn Beach is close to walk to but small. We were lucky to see some monkeys while there also. We highly recommend this location, however, you do need a car or use a taxi to get...

"We stayed in a three bedroom three bath walk out to the beach villa. It was perfect. Beach wasn’t crowded and we didn’t have to fight for a palapa. The water was clear and clean. No seaweed. My only small recommendation for the hotel would be for them to bring in some more sand for the beach. Great location an you can walk to many restaurants and some shops. There is a small convenience store on site which was great. Don’t hesitate just book it. "
