"My stay at the Morgan was not one I loved nor will I stay there again. When we first arrived Iris was condescending and wasn’t pleasant at all. Upon entrance into the room yellow liquid was in the shower which shows it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. The keurig in our room wasn’t working. I requested tea which was never given to me. The stay was not pleasant. Overpriced and under luxury. The amount you pay the staff could do a better job at making you feel welcomed."

"My family and I stayed at Sonesta Maho Beach Resort for 4 nights, and unfortunately our experience did not meet expectations. Check-in was delayed until about 5:30–6:00 PM, and we were initially given the wrong room. I booked a beach-view room but received one overlooking the pool and palm trees. "Stayed in A-1003. The unit was not well maintained. There was dust and possibly mold on and within all of the AC units as well as fixtures on the wall and behind the furniture. The fixtures in the shower were rusted and there was mildew along the wall and floor. I took a shower in my mom’s room that was perfect compared to this room."

"Overall it was a good stay, quiet and somewhat family friendly. Not very convenient when it vibes to little things like getting towels, you do have to go to the concierge every time you need a towel, even if you're already at the pool or beach. No lifeguards. We didn't have to make reservations for most of the restaurants, we were able to get a table as a walk-in. Friendly staff and the beach was clean."

"On first impression it was beautiful to walk into and everything set in place. Staff were accommodating except I felt certain things were misunderstood. Upon arrival we had booked for 3 yet room was set up for two and requesting for additional toiletries for our 3rd guest was a back and forth challenge because first line of communication was AI on WhatsApp which we were not aware of. Secondly, the open shower concept was not ideal as water ended up pooling and getting all over the bathroom...

"The property was amazing, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. It was very secure, and the area was quiet, peaceful, and secluded, making it a great place to relax. The only downside was that construction was taking place on a neighboring property early the next morning, and the noise woke me up. Aside from that, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property."

"Stayed at La Vista with my girlfriend for 4 nights. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The room was very large, and perfect temperature (could’ve adjusted if needed). I’m not sure if we just got lucky, but our room had a great balcony with an amazing view of the pool and ocean. Everyone was very kind and helpful. I would 100% stay here again if I return to the island."
