"Thr location is excellent! Steps from the Latin bridge and Old City. Staff is helpful, prompt at responding to messages, and getting things done (e.g., laundry). Hotel was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was simple but included and has something for everyone. One thing I found challenging was the lack of or no water. Some times, the water pressure was low and the night before I checked out, there was no water! It could be because it is an older building, but it was...

"As a non smoker I found the hotel to be filled with cigarette smoke. This got to all floors. The cause is the smoking coffee bar beside the Checkin area with the door left open as well was staff smoking behind the counter at breakfast time. I really found this off putting. I thought the days of returning to my room with my clothes smelling of smoke were over but I guess not. The check in staff could be abrupt and lacked service delivery skills. They do speak English but some of the female staff...

"Clean room and helpful staff. The room was quite small, but I suppose that comes with the territory in old European city centres. That’s understandable, although visitors from North America may find the room size a little challenging."
