"We spent a week at MONDI Hotel Bellevue Gastein, and it exceeded our expectations. It was one of those rare hotels that genuinely became part of our holiday experience rather than just a place to sleep.
We stayed in Building 5, which has been recently renovated. Our room was exceptionally spacious, modern and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of storage for clothes and luggage. The addition of USB charging ports was very convenient, and my daughter absolutely loved having her own separate room.
The highlight, however, was the balcony. Waking up every morning to breathtaking views of the Alpine mountains was magical. My daughter couldn’t wait to open the curtains each morning, and my wife and I spent many peaceful mornings over coffee and evenings before bed simply sitting on the balcony, taking in the incredible scenery. Those moments will stay with us for a long time.
The room was spotlessly clean throughout our stay. Housekeeping was excellent, and towels were replaced whenever requested. We also had a fully equipped kitchen. We didn’t use it much ourselves, but my cousin, who stayed on the same floor, found it extremely useful.
The breakfast deserves a special mention. The variety and quality were outstanding. We particularly loved the excellent selection of cheeses, smoked salmon and ham. The fresh pancakes every morning were a family favourite, and the coffee was consistently excellent. One feature I especially enjoyed was making my own fresh fruit juice every day."
