"The hotel, room and casino were all clean; staff were welcoming, helpful, and cheerful. I booked reservations at The Juniper restaurant to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The restaurant is lovely; we have enjoyed excellent meals/service at here in the past. However, our dining experience this time did not meet our expectations. Our server misled us on one appetizer and forgot the other one. When he finally brought out the correct appetizer, he also brought out our entrees. We sent the entrees...

"It’s good"

"The room was very clean and breakfast was very good. Parking was alittle lacking do to location. However, plenty to do and see nearby."

"The clerk Alonzo was very nice and helpful. The ice machines need working on and the spa did not work, but all in all it was a very nice stay."

"great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was great and open til 10 which was very surprising."

"Rooms were clean parking a little tight to get in and out"

"I felt like I was family the staff were always happy and helpful"

"The only thing I can say positive is the breakfast. The bed was uncomfortable. The comforter was a seventies style bedspread. The pillows substandard. When requesting more pillows I was told no and given blankets. The hot and cold water were backwards. There was no elevator. My room stated it was a first floor king it was on the second floor, again no elevator. The pool was under construction. My stay in the Quality Inn in Rio Rancho, NM was less than satisfying."

"Nice property for a quick stay. We had a large room with a living room and kitchen. The kitchen table was obviously in the wrong location when we came into the room. Oddly, whole place services were laid out for 4 people. We asked for wine glasses because the only glasses in the room held about 20 oz. But there were no wine glasses or juice glasses to be found. Nonetheless, a nice property if you are in the area."

"No one greeted me when I entered at night. The day person never said hello. One of the housekeeping was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was sub-par."

"Very good"

"Where do I even start? I don’t know how this place has any good reviews. It was filthy. The shower was yellow with filth and smelled like rot. It gave me athlete’s foot. The towels and sheets smelled moldy like the washing machine they were laundered in had never been cleaned. Shower curtain was also yellow with filth & smelled awful when wet. There was a fruit fly infestation from a garbage can in the common room that hadn’t been emptied in who knows how long. Hand towels/wash cloths weren’t...

"Because I had never visited Los Alamos when the booking said the place was located in Downtown I had envisioned a more traditional urban city center and not such a small village. But that's on me. As for the Canyon Inn itself it was centrally located, clean and relatively quiet. I also wasn't quite expecting the room to be a extra room in someone's residence but it was spacious and more comfortable than I thought it would be. The owners were friendly but not intrusive. Probably worth...

"The property and location was an amazing, although a little difficult to get to. We have a Subaru, so the long uneven dirt road was no problem for us, but I could see some vehicles having more of an issue. Our host was very responsive. The fact that there is no air conditioning should be more prominent when looking to book. I missed it initially when I booked the property. And while it was honestly not too bad even for mid July, it was pretty warm upstairs. Down stairs was much better. The...
