"I have been at the hotel twice and this last time was a bit disappointing. Someone parked their gas car for two days in one of the few EV charging station available. On one occasion the owner of the car must have left a bunch of trash and what looked like food splattered around the car. Would have hoped staff could have checked on that and at least find the owner and have them move their car"

"Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was very pretty and and rooms were nice size and with a large bathroom.
We ate twice at Albaca. Good food beautiful outdoor area. Great waitress
Loved the food a nice choice
We will return for sure"

"Wow!!! I have.never been more disappointed and dissatisfied by a hotel than Coronado.
Arrival- nobody to get luggage out of car. No service to get into your room (unless you want to wait 2-3 hours he said)
Check in- 2 people to check in - 25 minute wait the staff were weird like they joined a week before- didn’t even give us proper directions in this massive property to our room.
Room- cute
Bathroom- frayed towels!!!
Room service - basically non- existent
Called for water- 45 mins nobody...

"We love this resort for the last 15 years. Everything is so beautiful there and the spa is a once in a lifetime experience. On our last stay we were disappointed to always be redirected to different departments for help. We eventually insisted that staff pick up their phones and request help instead of outsourcing us and making us walk everywhere for simple requests."

"Our stay at the Fairmont Grand Del Mar was comfortable and convenient. The property is beautifully landscaped and feels upscale without being pretentious.
The room was clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed, quiet atmosphere, and a pleasant view.
Staff were courteous and responsive to requests, though some interactions could be improved for consistency."
