"Soon as we get to our room the hallway and the room had a very bad weed odor, we reported to the receptionist straight away.. peoples were slamming the doors all night , room was dirty , and the bathroom was disgusting hairs around the sink , on the walls around the shower … this hotel is just awful"

The room was very clean and comfortable with modern bathroom both recently renovated with tea and coffee facilities , all that we needed. "Room and amenities were ok but rooms were too close to a busy main road! Window needed to be kept open because hot in the room - so noisy! It didn’t help that the Bin lorry visited about 9.30 pm ish and bins were being dragged to be emptied and in the morning-7am ish to be put back in place !!!"
