"Staff went above and beyond to accommodate."

"Was a terrible hotel. I would not recommend to anyone. We went to go to bed at around midnight. Pulled back the sheets and there was hair, and sock lint all over the sheets. Called the front dest and they brought us new sheets and a bag for the old sheets. They did not offer any discount, when I asked about one the girl working at the desk said she can't authorize that. Also we got to the hotel at around 4:30pm the room was not ready yet. Check in is at 3pm."

"This is a really special hotel with a great location next to the water. The rooms are spacious and comfy, the staff are friendly and professional, and there is a wonderful restaurant on premises."

"Clean, pleasant staff."

"Very clean and friendly staff and super helpful and the breakfast fast was great"

"I wish occasionally hotels would deep clean the rooms instead of always a quick clean each time. Put a little bleach type cleaner on the dusty baseboards in the bathroom and in the shower.. clean the carpets or spot clean carpets.. at least occasionally."

"Stairwell was pretty dirty and carpeting needed to be replaced. Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable but furniture in room was older and a bit banged up BUT, was still usable and considering the room cost not surprising. Overall a pretty decent value."

"Everything was fine, but there was a lot of talking at 3am that happened on the hallway"

"We needed help with our charging our car battery Gentlemen helped us right away. Very willing and kind"

"Room was clean, but it had a bad odor. No carpet, which I dislike. Only 1 ice machine which was way up at the front desk. (Unsure about 2nd floor). When I asked for an ice container they said there was 1 in my room, but I never found it. Beds werent too terrible, but the bedspreads are thin and nasty. They did have quite a lot for breakfast options for a hotel."

"The air conditioner didn’t work when we were there, the place smelled of mold, difficult to get in touch with the owners and booking company, issues getting full refund back, very old building that doesn’t advertise the property to how it actually looks. didn’t receive the Wi-Fi password without having to file a complaint about it first, no information cards or contact details in the actual unit itself upon arrival. Fire extinguishers were three years out of date. Extremely overpriced for what...

"The house is not made for seniors with the steps and the bathroom downstairs. It would be fine for younger people."
