"Everything was perfect! The innkeepers are lovely and very welcoming. Our room was beautiful, with a great soaking tub. We were welcomed back in the evening after dinner out with ice water and cute little blueberry chocolates. The breakfast was amazing! Served in a beautiful dining room on lovely china. We chose omelets, ham and fresh fruit, which my husband loved. We very highly recommend this little gem in the great town of Bath. Cannot wait to return! "

"I want to start by mentioning our host was actually hospitalized with a health issue when we were visiting, so we just appreciated her efforts to make sure we could get in and have a place to stay -- I'm sure there might have been some extra small touches under different circumstances. Good: spacious shared spaces, big yard, would be nice outdoor living space if the weather cooperated. Very functional kitchen space. Lots of paved parking. Easy to get to town or the highway. "The place was infested with bugs crawling on the walls and floors. The bedsheets had dead bugs on them when the top covers were removed. Bedsheets also had stains on them. There were no fans or a/c. We bought fans and left them there. The kitchen had some kind of fungus growing in it. All the ceilings had webs with spiders in it. Floors were not washed. All outdoor furniture were covered in mold. Would not recommend this place. "
