"What a fabulous hotel. The spa was epic and the rooms were business but great. "

"39€. Two beds, friendly staff that let me park my bike in the garage instead of the parkingarea. Theres nothing to complain about. Clean bedlinnen. The toilet was clean. Im happy"

"Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein, also keine Möglichkeit Koffer abzulegen. Bad super! Zimmerservice gibt es nur jeden 2. Tag. Obwohl das Zimmer im Voraus bezahlt wurde, war die Zahlung noch "offen". Ich musste die Zahlung nachweisen. Was für mich kein Problem war."

"It was okay for a budget travel,"

"We arrived by train which was less than ideal as it is up a steep hill. Best to come by car. Having arrived there it was an ideal retreat and handy for a visit to the Bastion Bridge. Also has great views over Saxony Switzerland."

"LOVED our stay here! The staff is very friendly & accommodating. Absolutely THE BEST schnitzel we have had yet! The food was fantastic & the room was large. Would stay here again!!!"

"👍"

"It was great!"

"Nice "

"This is a beautiful and quiet hotel, perfect for a relaxing weekend. A few things to be aware of for future guests: the main parking lot fills up very quickly on weekend evenings. There is an additional lot across the street, but it's easy to miss until you see other cars parked there. Also, note that the restaurant does not have its own restroom facilities."

"Lovely, friendly staff. Nice clean rooms with beautiful views. A perfect stay."

"Bei Gretel is a wonderful place to stay. The staff is very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious!"

" A nice room in a nice hotel that is pretty remote, a long drive to get back down to Bad Schandau, however you stay there for the view which was pretty damn good. Really nice breakfast and really nice staff"

"Very nice hotel"

"A flawless stay! Between the friendly service, incredible views, and delicious dining, there wasn't a single negative. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. Definitely a must-visit for everyone.""
