Hot water Tea station in the reception lobby, ample parking (were allowed to park in area "next door") our lengthy boat and trailer as the designated long vehichle parling in the street was full. Tim Hortons coffee/donut/breakfast burito right next door and open for an early drive away as we were just passing thru. Rooms clean, beds comfortable, AC/Heater worked well."

"The hotel had no staff to check us in. We had to wait for someone to show up. Then, when checking our beds, the sheets were stained and had hair on them . This was a disgusting experience. We got a refund but I still think Expedia can do better than this."
