โรงแรมและที่พักในราซีนเคาน์ตี้

"Pros: the bed was comfortable and the room was not dirty. Neutral: could it have been cleaner? Yes but other things were more apparently horrible. Cons: First off, the photographs online are NOT accurate views of the room you will get. The room stank of stale cigarette smoke to the point I left the window open (without a screen) because the smell was making me nauseous. There were no chairs in the room. I took one from the breakfast area. The curtains were falling off the rod and the furniture...

"Close to where we were visiting"

"Hotel was nice but room I had faced the highway and I could hear the cars driving by all night. The property itself was nice. The breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, and a variety of cereals and fresh fruit."

"A perfect rest in a quiet room where cleanliness was perfect."

"Property was wonderful. Great location. Very clean with helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again."

"The room itself served its purpose, but unfortunately, the way our reservation was handled and the repeated issues with staff made an already difficult trip much more stressful than it needed to be. I specifically selected “pay at the property” when making my reservation. The booking clearly stated that the card provided would not be charged. Despite this, the hotel attempted to run my card several hours before check-in. We happened to arrive about an hour before the scheduled 3:00 p.m....

"Outstanding - excellent location in legendary Racine."

"Clean and quiet. Breakfast was appreciated."

"This hotel is very odd how it’s laid out. No hot tub, small pool, have to pay for breakfast $15 per person for buffet food. The beds are hard. It was in a good location. Restaurant was terrible, doesn’t have lunch even though it advertises it does. Dinner they got wrong 3 times for room service. Front desk we were put on told for over 5 min the three times we called to get towels."

"Stayed here for a concert at Alpind Valley. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was quiet and nice. Would stay there again. 😀"

"Awful, they gave away our room then tried to put us into a room they are currently fixing where the previous guest ripped out the HVAC system. How? Drug-fueled rage, a lady with no teeth who is a guest saw we had a child and said we needed to find alternate accommodation because this hotel was filled with bad people. While trying to find another hotel there were two people arguing in the lobby. It smelled like marijuana. Do not vote here run run. Best Western should be ashamed to have their name...

"The property was just like the pictures. It was clean smelled great and the staff was extremely nice"

"Very friendly staff. The entire hotel looked clean every day! A defective HVAC unit was replaced in 15 minutes! Our room was very clean and in good condition. All appliances were spotless and worked well! Nice large lawn areas and paved sidewalks for walking dogs. Well lit parking lot. Exterior door locks at hallway entrances. The hotel and staff were very pet-friendly to our dog."
