"The views from Villa Ivory at Selva Resort are spectacular and we had a really stunning moon reflecting over the ocean view, however the property is a bit different than advertised. Some things to be aware of is there is no private pool for this villa, there is no bathroom mirror, no door or privacy on the toilet and no towel racks. "Our cottage was clean and well organized. It had everything we needed as a family with a nice outdoor table to eat at and a hammock to relax in. The setting was lovely on a well-maintained property backing right onto a piece of jungle. We enjoyed watching the wildlife from the balcony. There was a bbq area available which was a nice bonus. Communications with the host were quick and easy. Thank-you, we would come back again."

"Great place and great location"

"Great manager, she is kind, knowledgeable, funny, and easy to reach. The place was clean and good location. Great for those on a budget not needing every amenity. If driving, back into parking lot. Grill currently not available due to building of an outside sitting area. Not sure you can walk to marina in 20 minutes, nor would I given the hill, but you definitely cannot walk to the park. Don’t think this error in landmarks is the fault of Tico Tico though, but the reason for my 3 stars on...

"Parking is secure, staff friendly. Property is very well maintained. No critters to be seen in the appartment! Great value and proximity to beach is ideal. Would (will) return!"

"Enough room for 4 people plus the couch, perfect location and view in Jaco, 2 minute walk to beach 11 minute drive to rainforest waterfall tour. J Good pools, enough space and home comforts. Good spot to explore the region and gated security."
