"Great one night stay"

"Gym was awful and the rooms were very overpriced for the horrible condition of the property"

"The room was filthy! I had bugs in my room, all over the walls as well as bodily fluids. (I took pictures to share with the hotel and Expedia) unfortunately the staff wouldn’t help with a refund for atleast one night. There was mold everywhere in the bathroom. The pictures speak for themselves. I would highly recommend not staying at this property. It’s very unsanitary & I can’t believe it passes health codes. So disappointing all around. Room 235"

"This is a diamond off the beaten path. It is not too far from the highway but it’s not right off the highway so you have to either know where you’re going or have been there before. But it is so worth the search. The folks at check in and check out were so warm and accommodating. The breakfast was as yummy and the dining facility was beautifully decorated and inviting. My room was SO SPACIOUS, clean and the exposed beams with the brick was gorgeous. DEFINITELY will be returning to this beautiful...

"The man was at the counter at check in was more than sweet. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was super comfy. We didn’t use any amenities or have breakfast, so I can’t speak on that. But we would definitely stay there again."

"Everything was great!"

"This BnB is gorgeous! The house amazing, beds are comfy, and my room was huge! They provide nice robes. I did not get a chance to enjoy breakfast, so I cannot speak to that. The house is set back off the road, is very quiet & peaceful. Staff is really nice. They are having some work done on the front of the house, but that did not bother me at all. I would love to stay here again."

"I booked one night for the Radford Inn, which I chose through Expedia. However, the hotel rep over the phone said the reservation was under the Quality Inn. Same hotel, two different names and rates. Either Expedia ought to addresses this issue, or the hotel runs a questionable business. My reservation was not found under either hotel name, so Expedia did resolve the problem on my behalf. I have as unable to check out because the man at the counter said they don’t do check-outs at that time of...

"This was a great stay! Quiet, peaceful, and beautiful! Host had great hospitality, super kind, and very accommodating! We will definitely stay here again when in the area next! Highly recommended! :)"

"The room I stayed in had a terrible odor the shower had hair in it when I got there. I stayed 2 nights and on the second day I asked for towels and the front desk clerk said she would send some up I asked twice never received any. Oh and there breakfast ends at 9:00 and most of the other hotels owned by the same people are open till 10 the only thing nice about the hotel was the pool was clean and it’s close to Claytor lake"
