Rooms oriented to the street are rumourous (night life in Lignano is long), they are rather small, bathroom very modest... Yes, there is nice pool, hotel has beach beds reserved, and good parking place, but: coffee served during the breakfast is NOT DRINKSABLE AT ALL juice is not a juice croissants are not croissants We bookd only B&B fortunatelly...

"We booked because it was so hot out and the hotel has huge, great pool with a partial roof. BUT- beware- they CLoSE pool for 2 hours 1 to 3!! Just when u want to swim! To Americans this is kinda crazy! To the Europeans , they were ok with it - they go to the beach with a million chairs 10 deep. Another kind of crazy - if ypu book on any website beside their website ( and how would i even know about this hotel) You Can't PARK in their lot. We oaud over $180 and were told "oh no parking for you."...

"The initial room was super small and a bit smelly. Surely something you won't expect at a 4/5 stars hotel. They moved me to a better one after I complained and the lady responsible rudely told me that those were the rooms they give to people paying "lower rates" through systems such as hotels.com and that she would have moved me if I had booked through them directly but as they had to pay commissions to the website that was the room they offered. "Average at best. Rooms were basic, small, and things such as sink and shower didn’t work properly. AC was feeble. The pool is tiny, worn, with many broken tiles and very little or next to nothing in terms of a space to sun bath and relax whilst offering no privacy from the street. "The most important thing about this hotel is the friendly staff! You can't ask incredible thing, and they're always smiling! And most of them speaks English AND German too! The standard room for two person is a little bit small, but very very clean! The breakfast wasn't boring for a week, they have cold and warm food, cakes and fruits too.
