"There are much better places to stay than this. Not enough parking for the amount of rooms, unhelpful staff and really over priced."

"Great bedding clean breakfast ok would prefer bacon to sausages more fruit in season"

"Terrible place !"

"Amazing property!!!"

"Absolutely terrible experience! I arrived at the hotel to check in, but the room had no TV or hairdryer, so I decided to cancel. The staff confirmed that, according to their policy, I would only be charged for one night and refunded for the other two. However, they later refused to confirm the refund with Expedia and demanded full payment. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest customer service. I would not recommend this hotel."

"While clean my room had weird stains on the curtains. There are cracks in the paint on the walls. The bed had visible dips from age and was beyond soft. Was told I could park my car in a certain area for free - I got a ticket. I was surprised given it is rated 5 star"

"Excellent location. Walkable distance, just a block or so, to main street in Charlottetown (you dont have to worry about parking as you can park for free at the hotel). It is located nicely on PEI so you can drive to most other PEI tourist places within an hour to 2 hrs. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine. They do different things each day at least they did while we were there. They always had some type of egg, whether it be hard boiled, scrambled, or something else made with...

"Close to downtown core. Clean rooms"

"Great location for several different types of restaurants and budgets."
