"The breakfast menu was awesome! Waffles, fresh fruit, eggs-small scrambled and hard boiled, bacon, toast, juices, coffee and more! Best continental I’ve seen in awhile! The hotel was spotless, as was our room! Excellent and all staff was very cheerful and helpful!! Our dog loved it there too!!"

"Our stay was terrible. The room had tile flooring which was cold and made the room echo. The trim around the bottom of the bathroom wall was coming off. The shower drain was so clogged that you were standing in water about an inch or two above your ankle. We did,however, keep getting told by the person that checked us in that we had a private patio. It was winter time and it faced the parking lot. We will never stay there again. "

"The rooms were extremely clean, the staff were outstandingly amazing, the breakfast every morning felt like home cooking and tasted just like it to, and the pool area was perfect for children and adults! Overall 10/10 love this place!"

"So I actually stayed here for about 7/8 weeks I believe. Jan to mar 2026 when I move here recently. Had everything I needed and more than the previous numerous hotels I’d stayed in at a cheaper cost. Had a nice small kitchen, place was clean, heating/ac worked fine. I’ll honestly have fond memories of my time here while I settled in to the city before getting my apartment. The staff were really nice and helpful in any way they could be. I managed through those weeks without a car at that time...

"Spacious suite with door between bedroom and living areas. On check-in, Parker explained our parking options (rapidly, with an obvious intent to suggest we pay for the $20/daily unlimited in-and-out hotel parking; with a statement that he didn't know the cost of parking on the street (it's $1.25/hour from 9 am to 9 pm; free overnight) and that the ramp across the way was $10/day with no in and out. That made it sound as if we would pay $10 each time we pulled out of that ramp, which is not...

"Best breakfasts I've had in a long time. We parked at 5th and Keo, worked out great! Room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful. Kids enjoyed the pool!"

"First staff could not figure out I had already paid for the room, Second could not figure why the key card for the room i booked was not working took 20 minutes to finally switch to a different room. Was supposed to be in 122 got 121. Third found out that pictures online are 100 percent better than actual property, meaning get inside and everything was lets say aged. Fourth found out pool could not be underwhelming things carved into inside pool like 420 and other trashy symbols and cleaning...

"A front receptionist was repeatedly rude to the customers she managed over the phone. She was argumentative and denigrated her customers on the phone….including me. She argued with how I made my reservation - a phone call to Hilton reservations- she stated was made through a third party. That sort of rudeness required a re-think of her people-facing role. She became frustrated, her voices was raised, argumentative and simply rude. Never should she have access to customers. "
