The hotel was lovely, clean, modern, spacious room. The staff were very friendly and accommodating especially the young man who helped with taxis and bags. They couldn’t have done any more to help. Great service and great property. from the moment you walk in feels welcome and from front desk to security and room service staff are all excellent. It's just inside the City Center but far from places tourists would want to visit, so definitely budget extra time to get to attractions. No shopping or other dining options around the property. Isolated place. Just a tiny coffee shop next to the Clinic. Okay if you are on a business trip but not otherwise. What I liked was the helpfulness of the front desk staff, including Amador and Jean Carlos and Max. Not so great - I asked for a 2:15 am wakeup call for my Colca Canyon Tour and got a 1:15 am wakeup call.
