"It was beautiful, an incredible property. I was lucky enough to stay in the presidential suite which was a dream. I was in the king room which was amazing but slightly louder being on the top floor as the roof acts like now of an echo chamber so you can hear the dogs bark at night. If you are not sensitive to noise then this won’t bother you! For me, it was too much. The food cooked by Carlos was wonderful. Abi, thank you, you have done a great job. "

"A great location. The restaurant served a very nice breakfast with the best coffee we’ve ever had. The staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly and helpful. "2022年11月に一泊滞在しました。 場所は広場に面しているし、とにかく見つけやすい。探さなくても目に入ります。 滞在者が私1人だけだったらしく、手厚く気にかけていただけました。 洗濯屋さんに連れて行ってくれたり、タクシーを呼んでいただいたりと助かりました。 中庭には猫が2匹いて癒されます。 室内、ベッドは清潔です。 シャワーは満足できる熱さがありました。 価格以上に満足感、安心感が持てる宿です。"

"I stayed at Illas Inn three times during my three weeks in Cusco, as i was traveling around and coming back to Cusco each time, so had three different reservations. Each time my stay in this hotel was great, tge breakfast delicious, the neighborhoods perfect and a walking distance from all important places of the center, check in and check out process easy and quick, the staff always accommodating and smiling, every resquest i had was met with readiness and kindness (each time i left i needed to leave my suitcase behind, for example; or the last time i wanted to check out several hours later than the check out time - it was done very readily and for a minimum fee). I'll absolutely stay in this hotel when visiting Cusco again :)"
