"Our stay was a dream come true. The hotel facilities feel like staying in a museum, full of history and beauty. The staff went above and beyond, Lucia the concierge made sure we were taken care of, she went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The servers at breakfast and dinner were so kind and offer us off menu items and never stopped asking if we needed anything else. The location of the hotel is perfect to enjoy beautiful landscapes and a peaceful atmosphere. The spa is amazing!!...

"I can recommend this sanctuary of a hotel for the beauty, service, breakfast , comfortable bed, sound of the river, trail behind the hotel and the bathtub ( a rare find in the sacred valley. Frank and Lyda were attentive and helpful. They went out of their way for us. I absolutely love room 3, which is on the second floor with a gorgeous view of the river. Frank cools delicious eggs and the fresh bread varies. There is fresh juice and the view of the trees is lovely. The room was very clean all...

"It was a beautiful place, lovely to relax in, service was excellent, love the gardeners, love the llamas (or alpacas - unclear), lovely jacuzzi. Could fit twelve people or six alpacas in the jacuzzi and still have room to do laps. Unfort we were incredibly incapable of temperature regulation (possibly our fault). The dome became a whole greenhouse during the day and outside was somehow too cold unless you were in the jacuzzi. Also the drinking water situation was a challenge - BYOW. "
