"Front desk was great. Helped us out on a couple of different requests and went above and beyond. The only negative was while staying in one of the cabins the first night there were mouse droppings in the loft area and we decided to just stay down in the 2 bedrooms and not use it. There were no other issues on the main floor."

"We only stayed here one night before we flew out the next morning. We did however make plenty of statements that we wish we had more time here. The property is great and full of amenities and things to do. There is a restaurant, bar, casino, pool, hot tub, gift shop, outdoor games and garden area and a fitness center. In our short time there we ate at the restaurant, lounged outside, listened to music by the pool and got a good nights sleep. Everything was great and we would book this location...

"I’m giving this place a 3.5 star which is average in my books. We stayed in the fisherman’s lodge up on the hill from where the horse stable was. It had its own bathroom but the room felt very old and a bit outdated. I would have rated it higher if there weren’t stains on the carpet and food crumbs left from past visitors. It’s a nice area and the hot spring was a bonus. It does feel like a resort where you can stay on sight to eat, stroll, and swim. There is no tv and no ac in the room. Just a...

"The kitchen was clean and very usable after full day of Yellowstone exploration. Plus good WiFi was bonus"

"It is in Gardiner. Plenty of parking. Some bottled water would be nice for the coffee maker. Air conditioner was struggling to keep the room cold in the July heat. It is basic but adequate for sleeping over before an early departure for Yellowstone. No complaints excepting the weak AC. We would sleep there again."

"We stayed here 2 nights while we explored the north entrance of Yellowstone national park. The hotel is convenient to Roosevelt’s Arch and to Mammoth Hot springs. It was comfortable and was conveniently located within walking distance of places to eat in Gardiner. We recommend getting sandwiches at Tumbleweed Cafe. Parking was easy and it was nice to have coffee in the morning. We saw people hanging outside of the rooms and just chilling."

"very cute cabin like room with wiildlife motif spreads, curtains and lamps. It was nice to have a kitchenette with a refrigerator and freezer area. The parking was very convenient, a short walk to the room. The breakfast was good, with homemade blueberry pancakes and sausage as well as cereal alternatives. It was very quiet and it overlooks pastureland that often has elk herds to view, but not on our visit. The only negative is that the room was fairly dark. The lamps were cute but some...

"Cute hotel that isn’t chain owned. Great and easy check in, clean & comfortable rooms and right outside the gate to Yellowstone in Gardiner. You can walk to any place in the town from the hotel, highly recommend!"

"We love staying at the Sapphire! We especially appreciate the retro motel vibe, clean rooms and nice landscaping. It’s close to food trucks, has an espresso venue on the premises and is convenient to downtown. The vintage bar ware makes me smile, thanks for your attention to detail!"
