"Hotel looks amazing inside and out. The facilities were great. However, noise traveled easily between rooms. Washing machines were inconvenient. Breakfast was not enjoyable and there were no complementary breakfast foods. For how much I paid and the stars the hotel had; I expected more. I have paid $20+ less a night at lower star locations that provided higher quality and services."

"My 2nd stay at the ANA Crowne Plaza in Osaka. A slightly different room, although very nice, the bed wasn’t as comfortable as the previous room. The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel has lots of facilities and standards are high. The breakfast is outstanding and excellent value. The hotel is ideally located for the many attractions in Osaka. As well as 5 mins away, from the nearby metro station (Yodoabashi). I would definitely recommend the ANA Crowne Plaza to stay. "
