"We did not stay due to the condition of the rooms. Upon arrival the entry way and lobby was unswept with what looked like construction dust, in addition to some older dog poop outside. Then after we entered one of the rooms, one was dirty. Blood stains, large yellow pee stain and hair on the duvet. The A/C cover was accidentally knocked off (not broken) and it was obvious it had not been cleaned in a long while and has animal feces in it. In the second room had a light in the bathroom chirped...

"Hotel was in a really bad condition, I went back to front desk 3 times before they gave me right key to my room. Room was horrible, air condition was broken so they put another one in our room with big pipes outside and it was so loud, there’s no way you can fall asleep with it. Door lock was missing with big portion of wall. Furniture was so dirty so it was even nasty to stay close to them, dirty floor, bad smell inside our room. Outside of our room smell of marijuana was so strong I guess...

"Places is definitely not a Hilton. It looks like the hotel was once a Days Inn. The staff is very friendly. That’s about the only good thing I could say. The location of the place is very safe and secure. When I went to take a shower, I found hairs in the bathtub and I was so tired after a long day of traveling that I just washed them down myself. "The staff is rude, never smiles, not helpful in any way. One employee even mention know one cares here. He was the only one that helped out because front desk employees are just on there phones. Rooms were sooo gross like never cleaned properly. Shower drain doesn’t work, sink drain doesn’t work. We were three in the room with a pull out couch and one king bed. We pull out couch looked like it should have been thrown out over a decade ago. The springs just pop through, mystery stains on...

"Property was clean, but I would say it's more like a 2 star. Missing shower gel in my room, just shampoo and lotion. Shower stall was leaking into the rest of the washroom."

"The room was fantastic and the view of Syracuse from the room made it a memorable stay. The king size bed was really comfortable and the sheets and pillows smelled great and were also comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great and the shower soaps and shampoo were also great. The breakfast in the lounge was amazing. The Starbucks self serve machine was great tasting but a little slow so it can be awkward waiting for the coffee to brew. I would 100% recommend and stay there again."

So I hope you understand I'm vary familiar with being disappointed whenever I've stayed in a hotel, motel, etc. However, this time, my stay put a huge smile on my face. "We spent one night here on to Canada, and the hotel was great! It’s conveniently located right off I-90. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. They also offer a free breakfast, which is a nice bonus! Overall was very comfortable."
