"They did not have our reservation but happy to see us. Comfortable room. Fantastic view of the ocean Good was fine. "

"Grubby, unkempt and a feeling like it's been abandoned. Rusted stove and microwave. Holes in curtains. General disrepair"

"In November 2023 I booked a single night for two people here for 25 June 2024 on Expedia. I received an email from Expedia saying “Your reservation is confirmed. No need to call to reconfirm” and payment was taken from my credit card. This was part of a three-week tour from Cape Town to Durban. "Property did not recognise our booking and we had to find alternate accommodation at the last minute"
