"Very dated but convenient location with good parking which is why we used it. Breakfast was very poor for the cost: temperature of hot food was not great. The fish n chips was more overcooked batter than fish and the Ribeye medium was overcooked. They run a Fawlty Towers event, felt like that was less of an event and more the reality of how that hotel is. We would use again due to location and even with no cooling in the room not even a fan supplied it was bearable but would not waste hard...

"I messaged them before I made my way to them. There was no reply, no one at the property when I arrived. Hotels.com took a while to help but they managed to find me a much better stay."

"The hotel is very tired. They told me our room was the last to be refurbished, however the main Areas were also tired. We didn't book breakfast and weren't told we could buy a coupon. We were sent to the health club, where there was just coffee and a muffin option. Bed super hard and pillows awful. Towels thin and old. We are staying 2 nights but did not get room cleaning service and new towels. It's a beautiful property and needs some TLC. It could be a beautiful place with some care...

"The hotel’s ok, very convenient for De Montfort. Breakfast was a bit of a scrum, but they were overwhelmed by the number of customers. Car parking is a bit expensive and convenient or cheap and inconvenient."

"Room not very clean dirty walls. Tv not working aerial on tv hanging out. Told receptionist said someone would come and look at it. Said could not do anything till tomorrow. Not very helpful even night time staff could not be bothered. The staff were very rude at breakfast. Just wanted to get rid of us for 10.00 shocking did not ask for any poach eggs cause the restaurant was getting a revamp we add to order them there said."
