"The location of the property is found via a very rough dirt road. When we arrived, the place literally looked abandoned. The surrounding grounds were so unkept, it looked like it hadn't received maintenance in years. We were the only guests in 2 days. Many issues: 1 staff member, no restaurant available, no wifi in room, pool deck and terrace deck were unsafe with twisted rotten boards with screws and nails popping out everywhere, no security, no spa, sauna and hottub extra $$ to use, no in...

"Reserve una cabaña familiar de 8 personas y al llegar al sitio me dicen que tengo asignada solo una habitación para 6 personas. Ni la señora encargada de las cabañas, ni expedía, ni yo pudimos contactarnos con la dueña. Muy irresponsable de su parte. Nos vimos obligado a buscar una cabaña en temporada alta, gracias a Dios encontramos y pudimos mejorar el fin de semana. "

"Poor communication, the property has damaged doors, broken floor tiles and filthy stained couches. "A good cabin in the mountains with very good hiking etc nearby. It was a bit hard to find as the address in the Hotels.com is inaccurate and the sign was missing. The cabin has good space for 6 with good kitchen and living spaces. In general all looked clean but please change the bathroom and some room floormats! There was very good communication with the owner Christobal after we got there!"
