"The room was dirty, stained/dirty sheets, floor unswept, not washed, bathroom tub surround dirty. Windows to the view were dirty. Hotel was not as pictured in the advertisement. Furniture is outdated and paint is chipping off. Tv came on but no cable or apps worked, nothing to watch.
We were given a second room after complaining about the first one. The second one was better, but the sheets were still very old and the floor need to washing.
Staff were nice and helpful, great view"

"Walk across the airport terminal in the air tunnel bridge, and you’re there. A modern airport hotel with a pizzeria bar open until 11 pm. Is there anything better than that?"

"The room was in an older building that had a strange smell.
When we checked in, they recommended we have breakfast at the restaurant on the property (Lakeside restaurant).
It was a buffet style breakfast which they charged $20 a person for. We went at 9:30 and there was barely anything left, and on top of that the fruit platter had moldy strawberries and pineapple on it. I’m sorry but if I’m paying for a buffet, regardless of what time I go if it is still open it should be fully stocked.

"Absolutely wonderful stay, the hotel is newly renovated, clean, and we were able to get such a wonderful and modern room. Loved it so much it’s inspiring some home design ideas for ourselves too. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well, just had an amazing time overall here. Would be back the next time we visit Halifax!"
