"Property easy to find/park and get into They sent clear instructions of how to get in Room spacious and clean but the loo did have a mouldy water smell The only other issue was the room was freezing, there were two radiators but no thermostat. Shared kitchen was clean and well stocked "

"I chose to stay at this property due to the location, for that it was perfect, extremely close proximity to Nottingham and a great stop off on my journey. The downsides. First off, given the price of the room, I wasn't expecting much at £80 a night, but I certainly was expecting more. Upon opening the door to the room I was met with a foul odour that stayed with me for the whole night. Walls were marked from where prior customers have rubbed their luggage against the walls, the bath plug was missing, stolen or removed by the property to not allow the usage of the bath. Overall the room was dirty and not what I expected when entering. Amenities are what you expect, hair dryer, towels etc. No shampoo or conditioner, only hand wash. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I have stopped off in cheaper hotels than handle themselves much better. I would not recommend staying there, even though the location is great, you can get stays at a similar price in central Nottingham."
