Room is bigger than average for European hotels, also had a mini fridge which was awesome... Some staff were friendly, others were not. The best thing about this hotel was the restaurant - BEST FOOD IN BELFAST!! We are here many times during our stay, service was outstanding!

Traveled with a group of friends for a concert. We loved this hotel. Clean, quiet, spacious rooms. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was perfect - so close to shopping and pubs. It was also so close to CHSq - it made our night out easy and fun.

Loved it!

Excellent hotel in excellent location. Parking in Victoria square car park is discounted at the hotel. Two minute walk. Everytime we go to Belfast we try a different hotel and have liked all of them. But I will definitely return to this one. Stayed in Goliath suite. Can’t say enough good about the staff.
