"⭐ 1-Star Review I have stayed at this hotel four times because it is conveniently located near Kiptopeke State Park, and I have always found the property to be clean. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing, mainly because of the way I was treated by the front-desk employee. When I arrived to check in, I introduced myself and explained that I had booked three rooms. He told me that I had actually booked four. "A tiny cottage… yes it was, but very nicely maintained, clean, comfortable and oh so Peaceful! So beautifully quiet at night. A bon fire each night when I was there. Welcoming for my dogs. The owner was so friendly… very nice …personable to speak with. I did enjoy my stay. Very relaxing. Minutes to downtown Cape Charles."

"We were in town for a memorial service for the family Patriarch. This property was perfect for the family. Large yard, fire pit was definitely used. The kitchen!! Two sinks, two oven and microwave! All appliances in working condition. Clean, roomy, comfortable home. Owners were very easy to work with. We would rent again, if we ever found a need to be on the Eastern Shore."
