"For the amount paid the room and breakfast were good however things such as check in being at 4pm, having to book the pool in advance (we couldn't even use it the day of check out as it was fully booked) and general customer service (not having room number taken at breakfast and having to find staff member ourselves) let this place down "

"the staff very friendly and helpful. The main stairs carpet somewhat threadbare but everywhere kept tidy and clean. They only do a continental breakfast but as much as you can eat and plenty of choice with a member of staff on hand to help out. "Little bit of confusion at check in which was quickly and easily sorted out by the staff. Apparently hotels.com and the hotel aren’t compatible when booking so I’d call ahead if you are staying here to cover any issues before you arrive. "Last minute booking as Hotels.com had double booked me and was stranded after driving 2 hours to get to original booking. "Super shout out to the poolside lifeguards, they were all completely ‘on it’ with regards to pool safety and safeguarding. All staff we came across were super friendly and helpful.
