"Overall it was good. We checked in after a flight from Aruba. The shuttle picked us up pretty quickly. We needed an early shuttle back to the airport the next morning and the young girl at the front desk informed us that we would have to take the 7:30 shuttle due to the ones before that one were full. Ok fine we were definitely worried we wouldn’t make our flight if we left at 7:30. So we got up the next morning and went down an hour early to check the shuttles and were informed by the man...

"this was a very nice property, but I was a bit disappointed because the pool was inside, and I assumed that it was outside! Other than that everything was great, they had a wonderful breakfast in the morning!!!"

"After being stranded at 2 in the morning by American Airlines, I was forced to make my own arrangements for a place to sleep. I mistakenly reserved rooms for later that night instead of at that moment. "Our stay was fantastic. We stayed in the family suite, where the double beds were in the main area, and the queen bed was in a separate room. The bathroom was a good size for our family of five (2 adults, 1 teen, 1 third grader, 1 toddler). The pool was cold, but the jacuzzi was perfect for warming up after a swim.
