We had a excelent tour guide (Franklin) at our disposal for boat and walking excursions at anytime. He had a vast knowledge of the flora and fauna, having grown up in the area. Howler monkeys, sloths, iguanas, poison dart frogs, toucans and ao much more."

"The staff was friendly and tended to our concerns promptly. Unfortunately, there were many issues. Biggest one was that as of about midnight, we had no water. When I reported it in the morning, they fixed it right away. Minor issue was the TV remote power button didn’t work. They give you one bath towel per guest. The rest of it is a paper towel dispenser like in a public rest room. Not terrible but very unusual. I had to ask for shampoo, and they gave me three little plastic bags that they...

"No me gusto. Primero tuvimos un problema al realizar la reservación por Hoteles.com. Y cuando llegamos, no apareció la reservación a como se había realizado. Normalmente dice que por habitación son un monto, pero cuando llega uno, es otro monto el que se cobra. Y algo que no nos gusto para nada, es que en la habitación hay un sobre que dice, que es para la propina. Es la primera vez que en un hotel veo eso. "
