No muy contento con la estadia

No me gusto. Primero tuvimos un problema al realizar la reservación por Hoteles.com. Y cuando llegamos, no apareció la reservación a como se había realizado. Normalmente dice que por habitación son un monto, pero cuando llega uno, es otro monto el que se cobra. Y algo que no nos gusto para nada, es que en la habitación hay un sobre que dice, que es para la propina. Es la primera vez que en un hotel veo eso.

Fireworks in evening over hotel rattles windows. Sunday morning 5am band. At end of street w/market. Small Town so walking distance to everything. Good WiFi and parking.

San Juan stay

Great location near everything but not to close so it's nice and quiet when you want it to be. Gated parking which is very nice and right in front of your room. No safe in the rooms but they have one at the front desk and I had no issues with that. For the price you are not gonna find much better in the area. Don't expect any major luxury that's not this place but for a decent night of rest and breakfast perfect.

Everything you need for a short stay in San Juan

The hotel is not super fancy, but at around 60 usd for a double room it is fairly cheap for San Juan. You get free breakfast (nica style), and safe parking if front of the rooms in a closed courtyard.

Spent seven days there.

Nice little hotel and got along with all the staff just fine, a smile helps and being a nice person also. Close to town but quiet at night. Breakfast is a little starter meal and the coffee excellent. Would stay there again anytime I can go back, rates were not that bad but I dont travel on a shoestring budget either. Plenty of hot water for the shower and I was on the third floor.

Solo tome una noche por la ubicación, pero la estadía no fue buena, el aire acondicionado de la habitación no se podía graduar y el personal nocturno no tenía solución. La gente es amable, pero no pueden solucionar los problemas. Me cobraron media tarifa por los inconvenientes, espero se supere esta situación para volver a usarlo.

Céntrico y cómodo. Buen servicio.

Estuve hospedado con mi familia. Nos resultó bastante cómodo pues lo céntrico de su ubicación nos permitía movilizarnos a pie a la playa y restaurantes. El estacionamiento privado nos hizo sentir seguros.

Convenient, comfortable hotel in San Jual del Sur

Really enjoyed my stay. The room was very comfortable and cool most of all! I loved the king sized bed and large shower. The toiletries were appreciated as well. Free breakfast was nice - not great, but good enough. For a mid-priced hotel, I would recommend it. Within walking distance of everything in this lovely beach town.

Clean and affordable

We stay often at this hotel when we come to San Juan to see family and friends. It is not expensive and the rooms are clean with AC and Hot water. San Juan is very small, and you can walk anywhere from the hotel.

Average Hotel

I have stayed at this hotel three times. Each time my stay was pleasant. They offer a free breakfast with three different menu options. During my most recent stay, I was scheduled to stay for 7 days so the thoughtful manager offered a mini-fridge for my room. The rooms don't normally come with a fridge. Avoid room #2. It is located near the kitchen and staff area. It becomes noisy early in the morning.

Quiet location close to beach

Good location 4 blocks from the beach. A 5 minute walk and your at any resteraunt on the pedestrian street. Room is in need of an update. Breakfast very basic. The coffee was horrible.

Beware of the third floor

Excellent location, 5 min walk to the beach. Great breakfast, have a variety of selection. But don't stay in the third floor. Hotel have difficulty pumping water to the third floor meaning little or no water to shower or flush toilet.

Not really a royal chateau

We stayed there for just one night and moved on. The courtyard is just a parking lot. The room smelled moldy. The vent in the bathroom was connected to the light and it made so much noise that we showered with the light off. I sprayed the pillows with cologne to get rid of the mustiness. Definitively not a royal chateau.
